We had water leaking from our furnace and Amazing were AMAZING from the start all the way to finish. They scheduled us for same day service and sent Anthony to help us. Anthony took the time to actually open the furnace to inspect it, was professional, respectful, answered all of our questions in detail, and more importantly, solved our issue! We had another company come out who deemed our system too old to even inspect. We are finally resting cool after days with no A/C. Thank you, Anthony!

Reference Mitsubishi Ductless Air Conditioner Installation 2018First let me say the technician who responded to service my unit was very professional and courteous. He was a pleasure to work with. In regards to the Mitsubishi Ductless system I purchased I am not pleased at all. A system I spent 11+ thousand dollars on should not already require me to spend another 4 thousand plus on after approximately 4 years of very limited use. My unit stopped producing cold air the technician examined the unit and gave me the options of replacing system boards at cost of $897.00 to see if that fixed the problem, If it does not correct the problem then I need to replace the outside compressor at a cost to me of $3662.00. I was led to believe i had a 12 year warranty on the compressor But evidently that is not the case because i did not maintain a yearly“maintenance agreement” so the warranty is not fully covered. Thus I have to pay half the cost to replace or fix the unit. (Note: According to Mitsubishi web site this unit has been discontinued) This unit should still be fully covered by Mitsubishi’s warranty as it seems the unit is faulty after just four years after installation and about a year of actual use. Again, I have no issue with Amazing Heating & Air, they have always responded very well to any issues that may have come up. However, being required to pay another 4k plus on a system that I have already spent thousands on is totally beyond comprehension. Needless to say I am very dissatisfied with this system and the cost to get this unit in working order if this is the case.

The tech that was sent out was very professional and really took his time. He answered my questions and didn’t push me to just get repairs he explained what he thought would be best after looking at the system. He also showed me pictures for reference so that I could properly understand why he was suggesting certain options. I highly recommend using this company.

Terrific job. Very professional. He was able to identify the reason why we had a moderately complex problem. I am impressed that he knew how to figure it out without only a small amount of information
