We do not book exact times for the service, ideally just the preferred time of the day (if it’s relevant because of outside factors like work). Other than that, we the dispatch team will reach out to confirm their appointment and they will get a message when technician is dispatched to their house that will give them enough time to get home if needed (~45min)

What is considered a “true” emergency? 

• House flooding, if we fixed something that day and it broke and is flooding house.

Do we have weekend/on-call emergency? 

• Not at the moment, once we hire more plumbers we will.

When is a gas issue for plumbing vs need the actual gas company? 

• Typically if there’s an immediate gas leak, call gas company and they can shut the gas off and then we can go take care of it. Unless we can get there quickly.
